Payment of the full course fee for all sessions must be made to Typographic Printing Program within 30 days of acceptance via international wire transfer (individual bank fees) or credit card payment (SumUp, 2.5% fee). The earlier you apply and get accepted, the earlier you need to fulfill your payment. Your space is only 100% reserved once we have the full payment on the TPP account.

Late applicants (after the regular application deadline) need to make the payment within 10 days of acceptance and at latest one week before the begin of the class.

Non-paying and non-responding applicants will get on our red-list and will be banned for future applications. If you ghost us, we will ghost you.

Please note: the participants must fully cover any additional fees (credit card fees or international wire transfer fees) and conversion rates to Swiss Franks (CHF). We need the complete sum of your fee on our account to reserve your seat in the program.

Cancellation policy

Typographic Printing Program makes a substantial investment when planning a workshop, and last-minute vacancies can be hard to fill even when there is a waiting list, so we must charge cancellation fees to offset the cost of these vacancies. Participants will receive a refund for any cancellations up to 30 days prior to the start of a class, minus a 250.00 CHF cancellation fee. There is no refund for any cancellations 30 days or less prior to the start of a class. For workshops canceled by Typographic Printing Program, participants will be offered the choice of another workshop or a full refund. Please note that Typographic Printing Program is not responsible for any non-refundable airline tickets or accommodations. And be aware that international refunds will not cover any additional bank fees.
