Payment of the full course fee for all sessions must be made to Typographic Printing Program within ten (10) days of acceptance via international wire transfer or Paypal. The participant must fully cover any additional fees (Paypal or International Wire Transfer).
Typographic Printing Program makes a substantial investment when planning a workshop, and last-minute vacancies can be hard to fill even when there is a waiting list, so we must charge cancellation fees to offset the cost of these vacancies. Participants will receive a full refund for any cancellations up to 30 days prior to the start of a class, minus a USD 250 cancellation fee. There is no refund for any cancellations 30 days or less prior to the start of a class. For workshops canceled by Typographic Printing Program, participants will be offered the choice of another workshop or a full refund. Please note that Typographic Printing Program and HMCT Archetype Press are not responsible for any non-refundable airline tickets or accommodations.
COVID-19 cancellation policy
If you test for positive for COVID-19 within ten days prior to your workshop, please contact us. We try to be flexible and help you as we can.
For the January 2023 sessions at HMCT Archetype Press/ArtCenter College of Design, you must follow these guidelines: ArtCenter policy requires all persons who access physical spaces on campus to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please complete this online form to confirm your vaccination status at least two weeks before your arrival date, and notify firstname.lastname@example.org when you have uploaded your information. Once your vaccination status has been confirmed, HMCT staff will guide you through the remainder of the current protocol for campus access. Detailed information can also be found on their website.
For the summer sessions in Switzerland, the guidelines will be updated in spring 2023 according to the circumstances.
